Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, transactions, launches, trades and buybacks are public on Robinhood Chain. We read and index this data; we do not create it and we cannot delete it.

Interface usage. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics about which pages are visited and which actions fail, used to find bugs and improve the product.

Contact details you volunteer. If you email us or join a support channel, we hold what you send us for as long as needed to answer.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect names, government identifiers, or documents. We do not ask for private keys or seed phrases, and no legitimate OnlyBids communication ever will.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Why we process it

To operate the interface and the execution engine, to display accurate strategy and position data, to detect abuse and protect the service, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

4. Wallet connections

Connecting a wallet exposes its public address to this interface. That address is used to display your coins and to build transactions for you to sign. We never initiate a transaction you have not signed.

5. Third parties

The interface communicates with Robinhood Chain RPC providers, the Pons protocol, and Lighter market-data endpoints. Those parties may observe your IP address when your browser contacts them, under their own policies.

6. Retention

Indexed on-chain data is retained indefinitely because it mirrors a public ledger. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate. Correspondence is retained only as long as it is useful.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within the time your law requires. We cannot delete data recorded on a public blockchain.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
